Acceptance of the Terms

You agree to the provisions below and any changes or additions Sellshot Pro may make from time to time (collectively, the "Terms of Use"). If you do not agree with any provision, do not use this Site.

Sellshot Pro may modify these Terms of Use periodically. Your continued use of the Site signifies acceptance of such changes. Your use is governed by the version then current and posted on the Site. Please follow the "Terms of Use" link on the Sellshot Pro.com home page to review the latest version. If you violate the Terms, your license to access and use the Site automatically terminates.

1. Definitions

"Platform" means Sellshot Pro, a marketplace for selling digital photographs.

"User" means any person who creates an account on the Platform.

"Photographer" means a User who uploads images for sale.

"Buyer" means a User who purchases images.

2. Registration & Account

Creating an account is free.

The User is responsible for keeping login credentials secure.

3. Copyright

The Photographer warrants they hold all rights to uploaded images.

By publishing content, the Photographer grants the Platform a non-exclusive license to distribute and sell it.

4. Prohibited Content

• Violent, discriminatory, or pornographic content.
• Images that violate the law or third-party rights.

5. Payments & Fees

Payments may be made via available methods (cards, e-wallets, etc.).

The Platform withholds a commission from each transaction.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform does not guarantee successful sales of images.

Sellshot Pro is not liable for how images are used after purchase.

Intellectual Property; Limited License to Users

Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned on compliance with these Terms, any applicable license agreement with Sellshot Pro, and the law. Sellshot Pro remains the sole owner of all rights in the Site and reserves all rights not expressly granted. Sellshot Pro may, at its discretion, modify, replace, or remove the Site or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available."

All materials on the Site-including without limitation Images, Video, Music, and related metadata (collectively, "Sellshot Pro Materials")-and their selection and arrangement are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade-secret, and other intellectual-property laws. Any unauthorized use of Sellshot Pro Materials violates these laws and these Terms.

Sellshot Pro Trademarks

"Trademarks" means all common-law or registered trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, Internet domain names, and other indicators of origin used now or hereafter by Sellshot Pro.
