Acceptable Content
- Nature and landscape photography
- Portrait photography (with proper model releases)
- Architecture and urban photography
- Product and commercial photography
- Abstract and artistic photography
- Event and documentary photography
- Food and lifestyle photography
Prohibited Content
- Illegal content: Any content that violates local, national, or international law
- Adult/NSFW content: Sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content
- Violence and gore: Graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
- Hate speech: Content promoting hatred, discrimination, or violence
- Harassment and bullying: Content intended to harass, intimidate, or bully others
- Spam and misleading content: Deceptive, misleading, or spam content
- Copyright infringement: Content you don't own or have permission to sell
- Trademark violations: Unauthorized use of trademarks or logos
- Privacy violations: Photos taken without consent in private settings
- Dangerous activities: Content promoting dangerous or illegal activities
Copyright and Ownership
By uploading photos to Sellshot Pro, you confirm that:
- You are the original photographer or have explicit permission to sell the photo
- You own all copyrights to the image
- You have obtained necessary model releases for identifiable people
- You have obtained property releases when required
- The content does not infringe on any third-party rights
Quality Standards
To maintain a high-quality marketplace, uploaded photos should:
- Be in focus and properly exposed
- Have adequate resolution for intended use
- Be free from excessive noise or artifacts
- Not contain watermarks (except platform-generated ones)
- Have accurate titles and descriptions
- Be categorized appropriately
Model and Property Releases
For photos containing identifiable people or private property, you must obtain and maintain proper releases:
- Model releases for recognizable individuals
- Property releases for private locations
- Parental consent for minors
You are responsible for obtaining and keeping these releases. Sellshot Pro may request proof of releases at any time.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter content that violates these rules, please report it immediately using the report button on the photo page or by contacting support@sellshot.com. All reports are reviewed promptly and confidentially.
Enforcement
Violations of these content rules may result in:
- Content removal
- Account warning
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Legal action (in severe cases)
The severity of enforcement depends on the nature and frequency of violations.
Appeals
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may appeal the decision by contacting support@sellshot.com with detailed information about why you believe the removal was incorrect.
Updates
We may update these content rules and license terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
