Overview

This Statement describes how Sellshot Pro handles personal data and protects your privacy. It may be updated periodically; we recommend reviewing it regularly.

Scope of “Personal Information.” Any information identifying an individual or usable to identify, contact, or locate them is processed under the current Privacy Policy.

Sellshot Pro Group. Different legal entities form Sellshot Pro. This notice is published on behalf of the Sellshot Pro group. References to “Sellshot Pro,” “we,” “us,” “our” refer to the Sellshot Pro entity acting as your data controller.

1. Data Collection

What We Collect (examples):

• Registration data: Name, email, password
• Contact details: Phone, mailing/email address
• Payment data: Card number, expiry, type, billing address
• Demographics: Job title/role, company name/type
• Profile data: Username/password, activity on the Site, searches, purchased plans, licensed content
• Technical data: Cookies, IP, browser type, OS, CPU speed
• Contributors: Payment/author data, payout email, display name, profile info, social accounts

Some data are required to perform specific operations. Failure to provide required data may prevent those operations.

Technical and enrichment data: We may collect environment variables and analytics to improve services. We may enrich data via third-party sources (e.g., address verification, demographics/company data).

Mobile apps: We receive device type and OS version automatically. We do not request, access, or track device location.

Legal disclosures: We may be legally required to disclose data to public authorities (e.g., national security/law enforcement). We may disclose to comply with subpoenas, warrants, court orders/decisions; to protect our rights; avoid litigation; ensure your/others' safety; investigate fraud; or as required by law.

3. Storage & Protection

Security:

• Access is password-protected; passwords are encrypted - use a strong, unique password
• Personal information resides on secured, password-protected servers accessible to limited Sellshot Pro staff/contractors
• Personal data is encrypted in transit; secret data (e.g., card numbers) is transmitted via TLS
• No method of transmission/storage is 100% secure; while we select appropriate measures, absolute security cannot be guaranteed

Retention and portability: We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide services; for license verification/enforcement; and as required by law. We retain/use data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

4. Third-Party Sharing

Vendors and agents:

• We use third-party payment processors; to our knowledge they do not store/disclose/use personal data for other purposes
• We share only necessary data with certain service companies working on our behalf
• Data is not sold to third parties
• Shared only with partners for payment processing and service delivery

5. User Rights

Managing your information and preferences:

• Access: Upon request, Sellshot Pro will provide access to the Personal Information we process
• Correction: Access/update/delete via My Account
• Deletion:To delete your account or stop service use of your information, see Account Settings -> Delete Account
• Objection: Request deletion and/or objection to further processing via My Account
• Restriction: Request restriction of processing your personal data
• Portability: Request transfer of your personal data
• Withdraw consent: Right to withdraw consent at any time

Your choices (opt-out):

• Sellshot Pro does not sell your personal data
• You can opt out of newsletters/marketing via My Account or during registration
• You will still receive service messages (e.g., terms updates, benefit notices, transactional emails)
• App push notifications can be disabled at the device level

Cookies & Tracking

We collect visit analytics (ISP, browser/OS/device, time on site, pages viewed, IP, etc.) and may combine with other information to improve services/marketing/analytics and site reliability.

We and partners use cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts to run the site, analyze trends, administer the site, track movements, and gather demographic info. Session and persistent cookies may be used; browser settings may block/notify, but blocking may impact site use.

We may work with third parties to manage our ads on other sites using cookies for interest-based ads. We use mobile analytics to understand app functionality; analytics data isn't linked to personal identifiers submitted via the app.

Legal Bases (EEA)

• Contract necessity: Auth/access; personalization; providing decision information about Sellshot Pro services; processing transactions/confirmations/renewals
• Vital interests: IP infringement investigations; license validation; enforcing terms/preventing breaches
• Legitimate interests: Providing, improving, and personalizing our sites/services; operating our business; usage analytics; site/app security
• Legal obligation: Investigations/protection, AML/anti-corruption/sanctions compliance; financial reporting/securities obligations

Changes to the Privacy Policy

Sellshot Pro may change this Policy at its discretion and will notify you of material changes in advance by email or a notice on the home page. After such notice, changes apply to you (subject to any prior opt-out preferences you set at the time of providing data). If Sellshot Pro is acquired/merged, customer information relevant to the transferred business may be shared, with a posted notice of the transaction.

Non-discrimination

Sellshot Pro will not discriminate against users exercising privacy rights under applicable law (e.g., CCPA/GDPR).

Third-party Sites

Links may lead to third-party sites with different privacy policies; your information there is governed by their policies - please review them.

Social Widgets & Single Sign-on

Social features (e.g., Facebook Like, Share buttons) may collect your IP, track the page you visit, and set cookies. Your interactions are governed by the providers' privacy policies.

You may log in via Apple, Facebook Connect, Google, or OpenID providers. These services identify you and may share certain data (e.g., name, email) to auto-fill registration.

Children

We do not intend to solicit or collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you are under 18, do not provide information or use our services. If you believe a child under 18 has provided data, contact us to delete the child's data/account.

Data Privacy Framework (DPF)

Sellshot Pro adheres to the EU-U.S. DPF (including the UK Extension) and the Swiss-U.S. DPF for personal data received from the EU/UK/Switzerland, and commits to the relevant Principles. If this Policy conflicts with DPF Principles, the Principles control.

Complaints & Rights

Depending on your country (including EEA), you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, or object, subject to legal exceptions. For direct-marketing uses, you can object at any time (opt out via My Account). You may also file a complaint with your local data protection authority.
